Are the pieces really good quality?
Yes—and that’s our obsession. All our t-shirts are made with 100% premium cotton fabric, 30.1 combed yarn, which ensures a soft touch and greater durability. EXCHANGES & RETURNS

I received a defective product. How do I exchange it?
That shouldn’t happen, but if it does, we’ll fix it quickly. Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order and send the video you recorded while opening the package. With that, we can speed up the process. You can choose to receive a replacement (if in stock), a different item of equal value, or a full refund. How does pre-ordering work?
Pre-orders let you purchase and secure an exclusive piece before its official launch. Delivery times are always stated on the product page, but are generally up to 30 days after payment confirmation.

Can I change the size or cancel my pre-order?
Once your pre-order is confirmed, we begin the handcrafted production process especially for you. Since the piece is made to order, we’re unable to cancel or change the size. That’s why we recommend carefully reviewing our size chart before making a purchase.
