Why don't we exchange sizes for pre-orders? Each pre-order piece is made-to-order, especially for you. It's a handcrafted process where we produce the exact quantity purchased. For this reason, we are unable to process size exchanges. We kindly ask you to carefully check our size chart before finalizing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
Refunds and Defects: Refunds can only be requested after you receive the product, should it present any manufacturing defects. The delivery timeframe for each pre-order is always stated in the product description.
